About This Role
Samyak Tech Labs is hiring a hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager / Content Creator to own our brand presence end-to-end. You will create the media yourself, run our social channels, drive paid and promotional campaigns, and generate qualified leads that convert into projects. You will produce images, short videos, product concept graphics, icons, and promo flyers; plan, schedule, publish, and moderate content across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; run Google Ads and Meta/LinkedIn ad campaigns; and nurture leads through to signed projects. This is a builder role, not a coordinator role, with full ownership of the marketing function and direct collaboration with the Founder. Success is measured by content shipped, audience growth, qualified leads generated, cost-per-lead, and leads converted into projects.
Requirements
- Proven ability to independently create polished media -- images, short videos, product concept graphics, icons, and promo flyers (portfolio required)
- Hands-on skill with design and video tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut/Premiere, or Figma
- Experience managing social media channels -- posting, moderating, and growing an audience across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Practical experience running Google Ads and/or Meta/LinkedIn ad campaigns with measurable results
- Ability to plan and maintain a content calendar and publish consistently
- A lead-generation mindset focused on pipeline, conversions, and acquiring projects
- Strong written communication in English with a sharp eye for brand and detail
- Comfortable working fully remote -- self-driven, organized, and communicative
- 1+ years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Background marketing for a tech, software, IT services, or B2B company
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience with lead nurturing and light CRM workflows
- Copywriting ability and experience scripting short videos
