Role brief & alignment

30-min call to pin down: stack, seniority, time-zone needs, ramp date, success criteria. Written brief signed by both sides.

3–5 pre-vetted candidates matched to brief. CVs + GitHub + a written one-pager on relevant experience. No mass-spray.

You interview, you decide

You run the technical interview using your normal process. We facilitate, but you choose. Hard 'no' on offering panic candidates.

Onboarding & ramp

Engineer joins your tooling, repos, standups. First two weeks shadowed by our tech lead so you don't pay for ramp inefficiency.

Bi-weekly performance reviews

Common Questions

How is this different from a staffing agency?
Staffing agencies sell you resumes. We sell you engineers who've already passed a senior technical bar (live coding, system design, behavioral) before you ever see them. Our shortlist hit rate is ~70% — meaning 7 of 10 introductions result in a hire — versus 10–20% industry average.
What about IP and confidentiality?
Engineers sign your NDA before any work. IP is assigned to you in our contract — same as if you'd hired them. We follow your security policies (MDM, VPN, hardware) and can support background checks where required.
Can I hire the engineer permanently?
Yes — most engagements include a buyout option after 6 months. We don't lock engineers into multi-year non-competes. If the fit is great and you want to hire, we'd rather facilitate than block.
What's the rate?
Senior individual engineers: ₹1.2–2.5 lakh/month all-in (depending on stack + seniority). Pods: priced as a team monthly retainer. Specialist strike teams: fixed price. We share rate cards upfront — no hidden margins.
What happens if the engineer doesn't work out?
First two weeks: full refund and replacement, no questions. After that: 30 days' notice for replacement, no termination fee. We absorb the ramp cost on the next person.
