Our Services

Software built for your workflow — not the average customer’s

Off-the-shelf software is built for the average of every business that buys it. If your workflow is the reason customers pick you, you can't afford that average. We build the systems that encode what makes your business different.

Why Choose Custom Software

Six things you get from a system designed for your workflow

Built for the actual workflow

Software shaped to how your team works — not the other way around. No paying for features you won't use.

Performance under load

Designed for your real concurrency, data volume, and latency budget. No 'works in demo' surprises.

Architected to scale

Modular, observable, instrumented. The system that handles 10× growth without a rewrite.

Security & compliance baked in

OWASP defaults, SSO, audit logs, encryption at rest and in transit. SOC 2 / DPDP / HIPAA-ready when needed.

Open source where it matters

You own the code, the data, and the deploy. No vendor lock-in, no surprise pricing changes.

Senior engineers, no warm bodies

Same engineer designs, codes, and ships. No handoffs to junior pools 6 timezones away.

How We Engage

Pick the commercial shape that matches the work — not the other way around

Fixed-Bid Delivery

Scope defined, price locked

For projects with a clear spec and timeline. Discovery sprint produces the scope; the price doesn't change unless you change scope. Best for greenfield apps with defined requirements.

Time & Materials

Pay for what you use

Weekly or monthly billing against actual engineering hours. Best for evolving products, exploratory work, or when the destination matters more than the route.

Dedicated Pod

Embedded team, your roadmap

A 3–8 person engineering pod (engineers + tech lead + PM/designer) embedded into your team for 6+ months. They run your backlog, your standups, your priorities.

Staff Augmentation

Senior engineers, your team

Individual senior engineers, designers, or SREs joining your existing team for 3–12 months. They report into your management, write code in your repos.

What We Build Most

Shapes we deliver every quarter

Internal Tools & Admin Platforms

The ops console, vendor portal, fraud dashboard, or back-office app you've been running on spreadsheets and shame for two years.

API Platforms & Integrations

REST or GraphQL APIs, partner integrations, webhook fan-out, ESB replacements. Built with versioning, rate limits, and SDK generation.

Legacy Modernization

Strangler-fig migrations from monolithic apps to modular services — without rewriting from scratch and without breaking customers.

SaaS Products (B2B & B2B2C)

Multi-tenant apps with role-based auth, audit logs, billing, and the admin tooling your support team will need on day one.

Desktop Applications

Cross-platform desktop apps on Electron, Tauri, or .NET MAUI for workflows where browsers and mobile aren't enough — clinical, design, trading, manufacturing.

Common Questions

How is custom software different from configuring an off-the-shelf SaaS?
Off-the-shelf SaaS is built for the average of every customer who buys it. Custom software encodes your specific workflow — the thing that makes you different from competitors. The math works when the workflow is core to your business and you're paying a SaaS vendor to bend their product (and your team) around the mismatch.
Will we own the code?
Yes — IP assignment is standard in our contracts. You get the repos, the deployment access, and the documentation. We don't lock you in with proprietary platforms or undisclosed dependencies.
How long does a typical project take?
Discovery + scoping: 1–2 weeks. First production release: 8–16 weeks depending on scope. We ship in 2-week sprints with a working build at the end of each — you see progress, not slides.
What if we need to scale the team up or down?
Our Dedicated Pod and Staff Augmentation engagements scale up and down on 30 days' notice. Fixed-bid projects are scoped at signing — if you change scope, we re-quote. No surprise invoices.
Do you work with our existing developers?
Yes. Most engagements involve close collaboration with your internal team. We can lead, embed, or hand off — whichever shape gets the system shipped and owned long-term.
